On May 28th the Fourth Tokyo International Conference on Africa Development (TICAD) will open in Japan. The Conference's agenda will be the continued development of Africa. UNDP and Japanese partners are working to improve peoples every day lives throughout the continent. In Burkina Faso electric power helps people lives.
